It wasn’t what I was expecting walking in, I’ve been to the Baltic market and kind of assumed it would be a similar aesthetic. But it’s not. It’s much classier, the kind of place you could bring your nan and she wouldn’t turn her nose up. It’s giving boujee café. Duke Street Market based on Duke Street in Liverpool city centre has several food and drink vendors inside with lots of choice, the kind you would find at a festival that just totally blow your mind.
But, when I tell you this was a good sarnie I mean it. The bread was FRESH, not just fresh but literally just came out of the oven, soft and light. It was honestly top tier, with so many flavours going on, and full of the tastiest pickles - I could eat pickles out of the jar. I love them so much. And, I love this sandwich so much.
