Alaska Airlines has officially completed its acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines following the removal of regulatory hurdles. The deal, valued at approximately $2.6 billion, sees Alaska assume roughly $900 million in Hawaiian debt. Alaska plans to retain the Hawaiian brand and service levels on key routes.
