Pending home sales reversing July slump rising 6/10 of a percent a month over month in August.Claire Boston joins me now in studio on this very data point and matter here.Um and I will say that they are up 0.6% off of a very, very low base actually a record low.

So, you know, it does signal that perhaps we'll see a little bit more robust home buying as we head into September and October.Redfin reported today that they had the first drop in how much you need to have to buy the average home 2020.But the issue is that the average family in America makes about 84.
