In a statement released last night Mara said it filed a writ of summons against the company involved on June 7, 2022, seeking €478,349.14 , along with exemplary damages, costs, and interest. According to Mara, a police report regarding the case was filed at the Dang Wangi police station on January 28, 2022, adding that no reports of misconduct against its officials had been made by any party.
