The tech talent shortage in South Africa has reached an inflection point.

As international companies increasingly poach local software developers with attractive remote work packages, local businesses are struggling to maintain their development momentum.

With multinational companies offering local talent attractive and lucrative contracts, it’s now even more difficult to secure and retain good South African software developers.
