“I would say it’s more frustrating. But, I mean, it’s not my decision. I can only do what I can do.”From their side, the Browns may have been making their own business decision to demote Willis.He is in the final year of his rookie contract , and it's possible that Cleveland's front office will no longer view him as part of its future.
