South Africans encouraged to donate blood

On Saturday the South African National Blood Services took its blood drive to a biker's rally in Mbombela.in the country. On Saturday the South African National Blood Services took its blood drive to a biker’s rally in Mbombela.

Funds collected from the rally will be donated to needy communities among others. In 2018 proceeds were donated to the victims of Cyclone Idai.

That's what I heard that they sell blood to private hospitals for a premium which in turn is resold to critical patients for a fortune. It's a lucrative blood harvesting legal syndicate

I will never donate blood. I used to donate everytime I’m even on the data base of donors on theSANBS they even send me emails to remind me of donation date. My sister went to hospital and needed blood and we were charged more than R9k by the sands I will never ever donate
