President Rodrigo Duterte encouraged Russian business leaders to participate in the Philippine government’s Build, Build, Build infrastructure program, noting that their country has ‘high expertise’ in transport and railway construction.

President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday urged business leaders from Russia to invest more in the Philippines, as the government boasts of numerous incentives for foreign companies.

The competitive fiscal and non-fiscal incentives the government offers foreign businesses, according to Duterte, include:- reduction of corporate income tax rate from 30 to 20 percent after the income tax holiday.
