KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 — The transformation programme for government-linked companies has lifted the market capitalisation of twenty selected GLCs 2.9 times to RM386 billion in ten years, said Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz.

“The government has been striving to sharpen the focus of GLICs, especially in new industries related to Industry Revolution 4.0. This is another exciting development for Malaysia as it enters the transition to endemic phase beginning April 1, he added.
