EXCLUSIVE: Sebastian Bear-McClard is out at his own company amid Emily Ratajkowski divorce

Page Six has learned that around the same time Emily Ratajkowski, Sebastian Bear-McClard, he was canned from his own company for alleged “complaints about his behavior.”

Bear-McClard denies that he’s been fired, and tells Page Six that he’s taken some time off to take care of his sick mother. A source tells us that the “Uncut Gems,” producer was, er, cut from Elara Pictures, which he helped found, last month.In July, Page Six exclusively reported that the model was divorcing the “Good Time” producer after he allegedly cheated on her.Getty Images For BalenciagaRatajkowski, 31, seemed to confirm the report by“Can’t believe that little bitch cheated on emrata,” read one succinct tweet that got love from the EmRata herself.
