Bump stocks are just the part that rests on the shoulder. You can get a non-adjustable stock and it'll still be the same. Also, a gun without a stock is also possible and is the easiest to conceal as well as hip-firing.

This is at least a start, but don’t lose sight as it’s an illusion of reform. Loopholes need to be closed. Background checks need to be more in-depth, longer. Education surrounding them needs to be increased. Remove assault weapons from civilians.
