Better known as ACE, the awards recognize the largest private companies by revenue and the fastest-growing businesses showing revenue increases over a two-year period.

ACE Awards are based on a score that ranks growth and checks of company revenue by accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen. To be eligible for an ACE award, a company must be headquartered in Arizona, be private and for profit and be visited by ACE representatives to verify annual net revenue. The top companies this year were ranked by annual net revenue for 2020.

The largest private companies in Arizona generate revenue of over $19 billion per year. They employ over 11,500 employees in the state and over 18,000 worldwide. The fastest-growing companies had $9.6 billion in annual revenue revenue. These companies are critical to the economy of Arizona and to the families of their employees.
