Police say the 42-year-old broke into a business, pushed the victim and stole money from them; the accused is now facing robbery and break-and-enter charges

Sault Ste. Marie Police have arrested and charged a 42-year-old resident after the accused allegedly stole money from a business.

On Dec. 19, around 1:30 p.m., the accused broke into a business in the 200 block of Wellington Street West on Dec. 19, pushed the victim, stole money from them and fled the area, police say. During the investigation, the officers located the person who matched the description of the suspect in the 0-100 block of Bay Street. Police say they had ground to believe that person was involved in the robbery and arrested them.Triplett was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
