On Monday morning, the DICT launched its Innovation Center and Digital Hub at the Ramos public market, according to Felino Castro V, DICT assistant secretary for the National Broadband Plan Backbone and Free Wi-fi Internet Access in Public Places. The Cebu City government provided the space for the digital hub, which would enable people who would not have internet connection to browse through the internet, he added.On Monday afternoon, the DICT also launched the Free Wifi4All and Gov.Net at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.
