Floor markers and signage throughout the lobby can also be used to control foot traffic and to distance people who are waiting for an elevator. You might see floor markers and signage in the form of one-way arrows in hallways or social distancing circles in typically crowded places like a kitchen area or break room.
The state interim guidance says buildings should consider closing indoor and outdoor seating areas, and if they remain open, it says they must be set up to promote social distancing.
