Data and marketing technology company, Terragon, has asked brands to put more investments in omni-channel marketing strategy, to hold customers’ retention in the dynamic market of today.
He described the marketing strategy as a customer service approach that offered integrated engagement to a customer’s multichannel activities. He stated that the lines between what people do online and in real life would begin to blur, and as people change their behaviors, businesses would need to react accordingly.
