A company called Confirmed360 charges thousands for VIP access to stars like Taylor Swift, Shawn Mendes, U2, and more. But interviews, legal filings, and a trail of other records suggest the L.A.-based concierge business often doesn't deliver.

But a yearlong investigation bysuggests that Confirmed360 is far from a direct source to the stars. Often, it appears, stars aren’t knowingly providing access to fans via Confirmed360, let alone doing one-to-one deals with the company. “Confirmed360 uses any relationship it can to gain access to the thing that they’re trying to sell,” one former employee tellsConfirmed360 does at times work directly with artists’ teams.

Barkalow denied the allegations, and countered that Ampolsky tried to hack his private accounts and personal email, destroyed Barkalow’s trade-secrets, failed to pay him outstanding wages and commissions, and sent Barkalow’s wife texts and emails suggesting Barkalow had committed embezzlement and adultery. No one comes out looking great in the mudslinging suit; in 2020, both Confirmed360 and Barkalow agreed to drop their claims.

terminated a month later, an action she says she believes was “substantially motivated” by her disclosure.

If you want to scam people out of their money, start a religion. With religion you can promise things you can never deliver on and get away with it.
