Yes, the needless death of the carriage horse on Sunday shows that the horse carriage joy ride industry is anachronistic at best.

What if they treated the horses better? Which they obviously need to ...

WIthout knowing how the animal died, its premature to link it to being a carriage horse. I had one rupture an aorta in a stall. SAme happened to Hicksted. A cough and sudden death indicates a heart condition, unrelated to the carriage industry.

Take away carriages and horses will never die again
