A group of lawmakers wants to increase oversight of Colorado marijuana businesses, but the marijuana industry is ready to fight the proposal.

Responsible messaging works," Marcus says."You can’t in one breath say your goal is to keep marijuana out of the hands of kids, and then write a bill that literally requires that kids be used as pawns in sting operations.

it's already 'oversighted' to oblivion. i would like this level of 'oversight' applied to all alcohol brewing, manufacturing, bottling, distribution and selling. all taxes, fees, and licenses for alcohol to match pot. i would also like special 'oversight' for sports betting.
