The Road and Freight Inter-Ministerial Committee , in partnership with road and freight industry stakeholders, have agreed and signed an 11-point action plan to deal with industry challenges and the recruitment of foreign nationals that led to recent further blockades on the N3.

Mbalula to meet with trucking companies over recurrent N3 blockadesTop of the agenda is to find possible solutions to end the truck drivers' strike which has seen the N3 highway in KwaZulu-Natal repeatedly blocked. Arrest and jail truck drivers blocking highways. Impound vehicles and send them to be crushed. Problem solved. I suspect a third-force here . Why not approach your employer if the business/company still has foreign drivers. The question will be are South African drivers going to be safe outside the country? Meetings galore how about arresting
