Paul Hourican, the businessman whose collapsed luxury lettings business managed homes for celebrities like Bob Geldof, has set up a new property agency a year after his last venture was liquidated.
Period Door Properties, a lettings business established by Hourican in 2014, managed more than 25 upmarket rental homes in affluent suburbs of Dublin such as Ballsbridge, Clontarf, Monkstown, Rathgar and Donnybrook.
