Everyone offers a paycheck, if the employers only incentive to stay is money, then there is no reason to stay.

I think co's in IT are getting scared b/c hopefully h1bs wont continue at same levels. But, thats no reason to be super disrespectful to ur employer.

Like, the LA Times really think this is an issue with the workers? I don’t recall any pithy handwringing when GM just cut however many thousands of jobs. Buncha fucking sociopaths.
