A Randwick house on the market for the first time in more than 90 years failed to sell under the hammer on Saturday, despite four buyers turning out to compete for the keys

The phone bidder, a Darling Point investor, eventually increased their offer to $3.2 million. This was topped by a $3.5 million vendor bid, at which point the home was declared on the market.
