San Francisco’s general election is just a few weeks away. If you’re keeping up with the election hype or have begun mulling your mail-in ballot, you may have noticed there are two measures — Proposition D and Proposition E — asking voters to support the same cause: a faster approvals process for affordable housing in San Francisco.
