The Star Commerce Center office and warehouse buildings were acquired by Chicago-based Lincoln Advisors, an affiliate of Lincoln Property Co.

Now Lincoln Advisors has purchased a third building in the Frisco business park. Built in 2021, the 178,200-square-foot office and warehouse is at 16240 Gateway Path.

total more than 440,000 square feet and are fully leased to tenants including GEA Food Solutions, Magnus Chemical and Vivint.Blue Star Land bought the Star Business Park property in 2018, and since then, the real estate firm has landed a growing number of tenants for the project. The company is also working on a new industrial park further north in Prosper.
