Awful just awful

It’s only $2400/mo to rent a commercial space in Wicker Park?

I would never think of returned a book to a bookstore unless there was something physically wrong with the book that I didn’t notice at the time of purchase. A book store is not a library.

Rosie is that you?

I'd hit them with a big restocking fee That was fraud. I would press charges and let them deal with the courts. If the first question they ask is 'Do you accept returns?' you can be assured they will return it.
