Business as usual for an adult government ‘confusing’ for LNP: Marles on Qatar block

The denied Qatar Airways bid should be “business as usual for an adult cabinet government,” says Defence Minister Richard Marles. “We understand that normal cabinet processes where you let ministers do their job is an idea which is confusing to the Liberal Party,” Mr Marles said at a media conference on Friday morning. “Given they had a Prime Minister who was also the Minister for just about everything. “In our government, we let ministers do their job.”
