The noble intention to establish a business action plan was officially sealed during a simple MoU ceremony held in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi Friday.The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by BEBC Sabah Chairman Dr Raymond Alfred and BEBC Barmm Chairman Rendentor Laudin.
