Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Mr. Okechukwu Enelamah, launched the app in Lagos, yesterday, at the third Regulatory Conversations of the Convention on Business Integrity Limited with the theme, “Improving Transparency and Ease of Doing Business in Nigeria”. He said that the app will ensure adequate access to information which is needed to improve business decisions.
In her remarks, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Industry, Trade and Investment, said the app is an innovative platform designed by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council to receive feedback and complaints from the general public regarding the quality of service delivered by any MDA of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Oduwole who is also PEBEC Secretary said: “REPORTGOV.NG website or the mobile App make it easy for you to resolve issues you encounter when dealing with government agencies and get a feedback within 72 hours at the latest.
