Kaizer Chiefs have been shy into making commitments during the current transfer window after a myriad of recruitments that didn't work out in recent years.
Chiefs have only announced the departures of Keagan Dolly, Efmamjjasond Gonzalez, S’fiso Hlanti, Njabulo Ngcobo, and Siyethemba Sithebe without any new signings confirmed.Dolly was the highest earner for three years at the club, Gonzalez turned into a disastrous acquisition, Hlanti is 34 and not cheap, Ngcobo couldn’t tighten the grip for a regular place just like Sithebe.
The contracts of Samir Nurkovic, Lebogang Manyama, Bernard Parker, Leonardo Castro, Daniel Akpeyi, Ramahlwe Mphahlele, and Daniel Cardoso were not renewed.
