Any stimulus deal will include direct payments for Americans: Mnuchin - Business Insider

Treasury Secretary Mnuchin said any bipartisan stimulus agreement would include another round of $1,200 checks for Americans.

But the Treasury secretary said an agreement was struck with Speaker Nancy Pelosi that an economic relief package will include federal checks for individuals. "If there is a fair compromise, we're prepared to do it," he said, adding, "there are a lot of areas where we have an agreement on."

That’s nice, but there won’t be any deal.

Trump may qualify for one too.
