The Department of Public Works and Highways announced Thursday that the P11.9-million agricultural road in Barangay Libo, Carigara, which stretches 436 meters with drainage, is aimed for completion before the end of 2020.

Meanwhile, a river wall aimed at protecting low-lying areas in Barangay Poblacion in Albuera, Leyte was recently completed. It is 300-linear meter flood control project implemented under the government’s flagship, Build, Build, Build program funded under the 2020 budget.
