While DeSantis was paying off her loans, she electedwith her parents in South Carolina, "so I didn't have to pay rent," she says. Groceries weren't a large expense. Her money mostly went to the lease on her car, which was $240 per month, and gas, which was about $150 per month.

"We split everything in the middle," she says, so even after moving out of her parents' house, "I had a very low cost of living."When the lease on DeSantis' car was about to end, renewing it "just seemed like a lot of money for me to spend when my boyfriend and I were driving towards the same area and we get home around the same time," she says.

MakeIt Good looking

MakeIt Assuming she did not spend anything. Is the income tax what she paid is only 14%?

MakeIt Three questions. 1. So she saved 86% means she is part of 1% .no tax? 2. If 1 theory is correct means she spent only 14% of her earnings for food and living. Means she is staying in forest? 3. Who ever wrote this definitely failed in year 5 math elonmusk

MakeIt how much is her six years saving?

MakeIt Im happy for her but yall rubbin shit in normal folks faces right now.

MakeIt Fantastic that she was motivated to work three jobs (1 full time, 2 part time) but she didn't have to pay rent and 'Groceries weren’t a large expense' so managing to save isn't as hard when these bills (usually significant) are off the table. Good for her, though.

MakeIt I am guessing either she lived with her parents/family as a fulltime 'dependent' or earns a shit load in wages. There is no shortcut!

MakeIt So she is not in Afghanistan then?

MakeIt '...lease on her car, which was $240 per month, and gas, which was about $150 per month.' $390 per month = 14% she didn't save? $2,375 = 86% saved a month? Where do I find these part-time jobs?

MakeIt They believe if they invest that much, it will generate the $21,600 per year they need to live comfortably and cover their expenses…Tell me where you can live with that much? How are they going to cover for health insurance?
