While its core net income grew by 8.7% to ₱2.86 billion during the third quarter, the company behind Filipino household staples Lucky Me! and SkyFlakes reported lower earnings of ₱7.1 billion as of end-September, amid higher costs compared to last year.

Monde Nissin Corp. reported higher earnings during the third quarter, but its net income for the first nine months of 2021 fell amid higher costs, according to its latest regulatory filing.

Revenues of the APAC BFB stood at ₱40.31 billion for the nine-month period — a 2.6% increase. The meat alternative business, meanwhile, logged ₱11.13 billion in revenues — up by 0.7%.
