Experience means nothing. There’s this guy, who inherited and demolished his father’s fortune on failing businesses but looked good on a reality TV office set, temporarily staying in the WH. He does not have experience either but surely knows how to rally and make people chant.

That's okay. We need someone with the tenacity and fresh look and perspective on the situations. Not everyone comes fully qualified. I prefer in a new hire 1/2 qualified and the other 1/2 coach-able, otherwise we get gridlock into stale thinking and not creativity solutions.
