Time to lower store prices. People are gonna shop where they get the best value for the money. I could go clean out the local liquor store of 1000s of dollars of liquor, enough to kill myself many times over, but more than 30 grams of pot? Nope, illegal for whatever stupid reason. Amounts over 30gs is where black market holds its power still.
