Among the nation's 100 largest metros, Jackson, Mississippi ; Albuquerque, New Mexico ; and Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina ; had the largest year-over-year increases. Indianapolis , Raleigh, North Carolina and Des Moines, Iowa ; had the biggest declines, according to BLS data.
