My dog takes a prescription allergy pill that is 4.00 per pill / 1 per day. It went up from 3.00 per pill this year. My dog said they taste the same, usually wrapped in butter or freshly cooked chicken. She gave up on pill pockets - they taste yucky compared to chicken.

My dogs’s food used to cost $37-43.00 a 40lb bag. Now it’s more like $65.00. I have 3 std poodles. Vetting costs were high but high gas & food means more holistic attempts at home for dog ear infections or tummy troubles, plus it’s tougher to get an appointment for some reason.
