Secretary to the state government, Chris Ezem, who signed the announcement, stated that the development is as a result of the Supreme Court ruling extending the validity of the old N200, N500 and N1,000 notes as legal tender till December 31.

It is not enough. You people should also establish offices where Banks Customers,who wish to deposit the old Naira notes,can take the notes to,&promissory notes,should be given to such customers by the Govt,& redeemable by the Govt. Govt by itself can take d old notes to d Banks.
