There’s two basic points of advertising. You’re target is usually the business you don’t have yet but want. Or... toward you’re customers with new products. Look at it either way you’d like.
The menu’s I see inside eatery’s I frequent the menu’s are clearly marked with calorie information.

I’m Latino & I think it’s cost, not a race issue. A fruit cup costs 4 bucks at these places, while you can get full off a few unhealthy $1 menu items. One could argue more blacks/Latinos are middle class/poverty level. It costs too much to eat healthy, so it hits us harder.
