An exciting opportunity waits for an Intelligent Automation Business Analyst to join a dynamic company operating in the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence industry. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting intricate business processes, both the current state and the desired future state for specific processes.
Works with RPA & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects.Coordinate with the business and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements. Define requirements, creating user stories or BRD or Disaggregation sheets (for Help design, document, and maintain system processes.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fieldsStrong effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management. Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Effective Persuasive Communication including the ability to influence SMEs and business stakeholders toward change, automation, and continuous improvement.
