Sa isang four-course gourmet Filipino dinner ng PH Embassy noong October 18, na ginanap sa Das Mezzanin Restaurant sa Vienna, ipinatikim sa mga bisita ang iba-ibang luto ng Marine Stewardship Council certified Yellowfin tuna na galing pa sa Pilipinas.
Sa kanyang talumpati, ipinunto ni Ambassador to Austria Evangelina Lourdes Bernas ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaroon ng responsableng paghango at paggamit ng yamang-dagat bilang food source. “The successful entry of MSC-certified tuna caught by handline by Filipino fishermen changes their lives directly and ensures they enjoy a proper income for years to come,” dagdag ni Bernas.
