The DA has threatened to approach the courts once BELA Bill is signed into law.

The Democratic Alliance has threatened to approach the courts once President Cyril Ramaphosa signs into law the Basic Education Laws Amendment Bill.

Steenhuisen was presenting his party’s approach to the Government of National Unity , the reasons it joined the GNU and its policy priorities. He says their priorities in the five years of GNU is to grow the economy and create jobs, even if that will cause distress inside the GNU.
