A Maryland couple bought a 120-year-old church for $320,000 and now live in it with their 3 kids — here's a look at how they turned it into a home

in most parts of the country, including Maryland, meaning it should be easy for the couple to sell the house amid the pandemic.

Business Insider caught up with Anastasiia to find out what it's like to live in a house with over a century of history that could be easily flipped for a profit. "The moment we walked in, that was it. It was love at first sight," she said. "We looked at each other and said, 'Yes, we definitely want to live here,' and called our real-estate agent."
