jockowillink LeifBabin Management is often crap at building corporate teams aligned at working together. If Seals are dependant on each other to survive, maybe business models must build cohesive binding teams with team rewarded outcomes. Nothing like the whistle of death passing by to bind teams.

jockowillink LeifBabin Business allows the cancer to grow, seen in the past of share firms as an attribute. Psychopaths are not for the team; cut out the cancer! Business is not human, its a bounding fence of rules which govt often fails to enforce. Management are crap at getting fish to swim same way
