🤣👏

Idiot Will have to file tax return and company records. Will have to enrol 'staff' in a pension scheme. Will have to register for VAT and PAYE. Will have to change home insurance and car to business use. Will need policies for disability, equality, safety, HR..and on and on

good on him! let's hope millions do the same!

Is he paying them all minimum wage?

While I admite the idea, is he now paying them minimum wage? That will get him legally if he's not careful

People always looking for loop holes!

Perfect example of Us and Them. He’s definitely Them.

This is the sort of form of ingenious passive resistance, we all need to start exhibiting and show these rules for what they are, an absolute farce!

authorelizabet1 yes and we need more people to do exactly this and show this for what it is - absolute rubbish - you make up rules to suit an agenda then you should expect people to use those rules against you

well since its a 'foe' company, he is still liable to the 'rule of six' .

So clever 😆👌👍👏

They all pay national insurance contributions ?

Thats the tories for you 🙄 All covid is to then is an inconvenience 🤦🏼‍♂️

SandraWors3 Good for him

So many have already!

I absolutely love this; exactly how this ridiculous situation should be handled.

mlilleker

He did his business so professionally

Do they not have actual jobs to go to? Are they now on the emergency rate of income tax and is he being investigated for child labour? Sounds like a fun guy.

Richard Tice the other day suggested that there might be lots of board meetings of family firms held on Christmas day.

You can see why infections and deaths will continue to rise. Some people are actively engaged with working around any rules there may be. We're clearly not all in this together. covid19uk

Oh well done. Good thinking. No, does not ruin the spirit of the law because the law is on the side of desperate political correctness based on the fickle sciences.

Presumably he's paying them minimum wages, holiday pay, national insurance etc.?

Well done that man.

So are they all going to die now?

Pathetic.

What a weapon
