Employees at a petrol station at Shelly Beach on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast are accusing their employer of not depositing money deducted from their salaries into their Provident Fund.

The employees say their problems started in 2016 when the petrol station was taken over by a new owner. These employees say they have tried several times to approach their employer.

The other says, “Even our union is not helping us. Even if you leave, you don’t get your money. A number of employees have been fired but they did not get their money. We are fighting because we have discovered that this money is not saved in the correct place.”

It is a criminal act and they can lay charges against their employer

😭 Lithuli House did the same. Viva ANC

They are not accusing him...he is doing y ur protecting him

Call EFF or SAWU leaders Dave Lebusa, they will sort out this.

Most employers are doing the same. Government must do operation in companies to investigate if they are complying.

LandNoli Thuma Mina's ANC does this. Deduct UIF and not pay it to the Dept of Labour. See the bad precedent they set
