With this latest acquisition, the company now operates 22 facilities (28 golf courses) in Pennsylvania, Vermont, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota and Florida.

has acquired Carolina National Golf Club, a 27-hole golf course in Bolivia, North Carolina designed by golfer Fred Couples.

“The 27-hole layout meanders through rich low country terrain, with the course featuring dramatic views of the Lockwood Folly River,” the company said in a news release. “Carolina National Golf Club is exactly the type of facility that our company can excel with,” CEO John Brown said in the news release. “These are great layouts in a thriving emerging market. We are excited about the long-term possibilities of the club.”
