While the bulk of executives said keeping workers connected is a top concern, just 33% of workers said they were lonely. But about 52% of workers said they were just in the job for a paycheck, and 62% said they would take a new job for just a $1,000 signing bonus. Interestingly, about 62% also said they felt a deep sense of loyalty to their company.And the job market is still strong.
