Boston-based GID and Houston-based Hanover Company partner to develop a 21-story tower in Uptown Dallas, according to a news release. The property will also be near Uptown Dallas restaurants, retail and nightlife. According to the news release, the tower will be the first phase of a two-tower development consisting of 341 units. The residential property will offer amenities such as a rooftop pool and deck with a Dallas skyline view.
Hanover Turtle Creek is the latest in residential development but other complexes are on their way to North Texas.
